biografische gegevens van peter gabriel Peter Gabriel is een Engelse popmusicus. In zijn jeugd had hij op een dure Engelse kostschool kennis gemaakt met Anthony Phillips, Tony Banks en Mike Rutherford. Samen vormen ze een band en die groep zal uitgroeien tot een der grootste symfonische rockgroepen aller tijden: Genesis. In de jaren 1969 tot 1975 kunnen we Peter Gabriel bewonderen als zanger van Genesis. In 1975 besluit hij echter het wat rustiger aan te gaan doen en verlaat de groep.
