biografische gegevens van deadmau5 Deadmau5 is de artiestennaam van de Canadese DJ en producer Joel Thomas Zimmerman. Zimmerman werd in 1981 in Toronto geboren. Deadmau5 werd zijn artiestennaam nadat hij in een aantal chatrooms verteld had dat hij een dode muis in zijn computer had aangetroffen. Deadmau5 houdt zich vooral bezig met progresssive house en electrohouse.
