biografische gegevens van jack of hearts The Jack of Hearts is een Amsterdamse rockgroep rond zanger Fred Kienhuis en harmonica-speler Kim Snelten. De groep debuteert in 1989. De rock is aanvankelijk vrij rustig. FRED KIENHUIS: zang, gitaar ROB VAN ZANDVOORT: orgel, piano, zang GEORGE OOSTDIJK: bas, zang KORS EIJKELBOOM: drums, percussie Aanvankelijk behoort Kim Snelten niet tot de vaste bezetting, maar de mondharmonica- speler wordt al snel lid van de groep. Als de groep na 3 lp's nog steeds niet is doorgebroken, kiest men in 1993 voor een ietwat hardere aanpak. In 1994 debuteert Kim Snelten als soloartiest. Met de begeleidingsgroep The Hipshake levert hij een bluesalbum af.
