biografische gegevens van spasmodique Spasmodique was een Rotterdamse rockgroep die in 1981 werd opgericht. Hierna duurt het nog 5 jaar totdat de eerste single verschijnt: een 12-inch genaamd "Spasmodique". De groep bestaat in die eerste jaren uit: Mark Ritsema: zang, gitaar Arjo Hijmas: gitaar Martin Docters van Leeuwen: bas Reinier Rietveld: drums Tot 1990 blijft deze bezetting intact. Dan verlaat gitarist Arjo Hijmas de groep. Hij wordt vervangen door leadgitarist Hans Brussee en ritmegitarist Niek den Brave. Een jaar later maakt gitarist en bassist Raymond Gerrits deel uit van de groep.
