biografische gegevens van boz scaggs BOZ SCAGGS heet eigenlijk William Royce Scaggs en hij werd in 1944 in Ohio geboren maar groeide in de zuidelijke staten Oklahoma en Texas op. Boz Scaggs zat op school met Steve Miller, die hem gitaar leerde spelen. Scaggs gaat al vroeg naar Europa waar hij als folkzanger rondtrekt. Hier neemt hij ook zijn eerste lp op. Vervolgens speelt Scaggs mee op 2 lp's van Steve Miller, waarna hij weer gaat reizen (India, Europa).
