Ook het album "Ooooooohhh... On the TLC Tip", waaraan Babyface meewerkt, weet het publiek te overtuigen. Kort voor het verschijnen van het tweede album "Crazysexycool" wordt LISA LOPES gearresteerd voor het in brand steken van het huis van haar vriend. Hoewel de smeulende puinhopen op tv te zien zijn, heeft het incident geen invloed op het succes van de groep. "Crazysexycool" levert in 1994 opnieuw een aantal hits op, en datzelfde geldt voor "FanMail" uit 1999.
