biografische gegevens van flavium Flavium is een Nederlandse bluesgroep die in 1969 in Apeldoorn wordt opgericht. De groep bestaat in die beginperiode uit een driemanschap: ANNE-GEERT BONDER: gitaar DOEWE MUNK: bas, zang PETER BEEMSTERBOER: drums De eerste vijf jaar van de groep worden gekenmerkt door veel optredens. De bezetting wisselt nogal eens. In 1974 brengt Flavium haar eerste album uit. De bezetting is dan: HANS DRIESTEN: zang, gitaar ANNE-GEERT BONDER: gitaar ERIC BAGCHUS: bas PETER BEEMSTERBOER: drums Flavium zal uitgroeien een één van Nederlands meest constante en langst bestaande blues(rock)-groepen. De groep wordt al snel door John Lee Hooker uitgenodigd om in zijn voorprogramma te spelen. Ook in de jaren tachtig blijft Flavium actief. In Jos Veldhuizen (ex-teaser) wordt een nieuwe zanger gevonden. En later wordt er in Hans Lafaille (ex-cuby & the blizzards) (ex-sweet d'buster) een nieuwe drummer gevonden.
