biografische gegevens van sleeze beez Sleeze Beez is een Amsterdamse vijfmansformatie die party-hardrock speelt. De groep had in 1987 haar debuut met de lp "Look Like Hell". TIGO FAWZI: zang .. ex-white heat CHRIS VAN JAARSVELD: gitaar .. ex-picture DON VAN SPALL: gitaar .. ex-boulevard ED JONGSMA: bas .. ex-boulevard JAN KOSTER: drums .. ex-highway chile In 1988 is Andrew Elt (ex-Gin on the Rocks!) te horen als nieuwe zanger. Sleeze beez blijkt het in de daaropvolgende jaren erg goed te doen, mn. in de USA. In 1993 is men toe aan het derde album 'Powertool'. In de persoon van Gary Lyons trekt men daarvoor een gerenomeerde producer aan. De groep is dan uitgegroeid tot echte professionals, maar de hardrock is enigszins voorspelbaar geworden. Eind 1995 wordt besloten de groep op te heffen. Gitarist Chris van Jaarsveld, bassist Ed Jongsma en drummer Jan Koster vinden we een jaar later alweer terug bij de nieuw opgerichte groep Jetland. muziekbase Appetizer Best things in life are free Bring out the rebel D.U.I.
